Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with end-users to define requirements for new applications, Project or enhancements of existing planning systems
• Work with IT teams for in-depth collaboration
• Design and develop planning-effective solutions to meet user and customer requirements
• Document and deploy applications or project in a timely fashion
• Analyze planning data then using statistical and analytical tools and methods to define bottom neck or gating for future improvement
• Improve and deliver high quality of planning data. Work in the initiative projects such as Supply planning and internal improvement project
• Problem solving activities and identify cause of any issue relating to new and on-going project
• Ensure project activity is customer focused (internal&external), results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements and policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, commit and meets deadlines and prioritize workload

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline is required. The expected start date for this position is in July 2025
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or experienced no more than 1 year 
• Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

PREFERRED:

• Understanding of best practices in business analysis and similar fields
• Good communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Good in English communication and Computer operation 
• Experience with data visualization tools

SKILLS:

• Ability to write clear requirements documents, design documents, test plans and end-user documentation
• Able to present requirements, designs, test plans, and status to peers and management
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
