Senior Manager, Analytics - Remote

Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Analytics supports analytics team efforts to provide data-driven solutions – including advanced analytics, integrated data solutions and insights – with the objective of optimizing media performance across digital and non-digital channels. As the Senior Manager, Analytics, you will emphasize providing business strategy counsel in addition to analytics, reporting, and data science. You will report to the VP, Analytics.

Key Accountabilities:

• You will execute analytics strategy on behalf of the client and coordinate across onboarding, data integration, reporting, measurement, advanced analytics, and insight development.
• You will have at least 3 years of experience in the analytics space
• You will execute projects including performance measurement, audience analytics, data pipeline management, dashboard building and maintenance.
• You will have experience with strategic and innovative data and analytics efforts to identify trends and opportunities; ensure insights are communicated to other teams and integrated into strategic discussions with clients.
• You will understand business challenges and produce relevant solutions that help timely decision-making by delivering insights on measurements, drivers of trend, and lead to relevant plans.
• You will be the point of engagement with channel delivery teams, and Client Service teams to lead data and insights initiatives.
• You will help prepare executive level presentations for internal and external audiences.
• You will stay current on industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies
• You will have experience using large data sets to solve business problems
• You will be proficient with SQL, Tableau & Python is critical.
• You will understand A/B and Multi-Variant testing methodologies and measurement strategies associated with performance optimization
• You will dig into new technologies and understand their practical application to business problems

Additional information:

The annual salary range for this position is (94,000-$152,375). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits available with this position include:
