Overview
The Supply Chain Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading the team that ensures the deployments adheres to the Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) Data Governance and Stewardship processes, rules and standards for D&AI Solutions.
This role will interact directly with senior leaders and stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization, other functional and delivery teams (from the Digital Product team), System Integrators and the other branches of the D&AI organization (including the Domain Data Stewards, Data Product Management team, Data Engineering team, Data Science and Visualization team) and other relevant SMEs throughout the organization as necessary.
This role will require a collaborative leader who can operate within a complex matrixed team structure, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and is nimble enough to be able to handle the changes that will invariably come during a complex program of this size and scope.
Responsibilities
- Reporting and communicating the Supply Chain Data Governance activity status to senior leadership within the program (OpCom) and to the D&AI leadership team.
- Ensure alignment with the Data Program Management team for the complete set of data requirements that will meet the needs of the Supply Chain solution (the "Data Requirements Document")
- Collaborate with business and IT resources to identify the correct sources of data within local market systems, where available, and mapping those sources to the required data structures that support the Supply Chain solutions.
- Define the Data Quality rules and deliver the technical solutions to monitor and, where possible, correct any data errors that arise from the original sources or from the data transformation into the Supply Chain solutions.
- Drive the design of the data pipelines from the various source systems, partnering with the Data Engineering team and resources to ensure the on-time delivery of the technical solution.
- Identifying the Data Owners (business and IT) within the organization for managing the required data as part of the project and post go-live data management operations.
- Establishing the processes and procedures for Data Owners to manage and maintain the critical data to ensure ongoing validity of the data once the Supply Chain solution is deployed.
Compensation and Benefits:• The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,000 - $217,450.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working in a dedicated Data role, covering a broad range of data disciplines and functions, such as data governance principles, data management processes, data integration practices, data quality management and data stewardship/ownership.
- 5+ years of experience and exposure to Supply Chain and Financial Planning functions, incl, associated processes, involved systems and interdependent data.
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team, which includes internal and external resources.
- Demonstrated ability to partner directly with business and technical subject matter experts, to drive end-to-end solution design, understand the business function and translate to technical solutioning.
- Experience working in a Sector (Continental) or Global organization, working simultaneously with multiple countries to drive results
