Talend/Big data Devloper

Qualification:

• 2 to 4 years of experience developing ETL with Talend with strong understanding of various Talend components
• Proven proficiency with development of high performance ETL to transform and load high volume of data with scalable solutions
• Big data / Hadoop work experience is preferred
• Strong SQL Skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL and Business Intelligence Solutions using Talend
• Design and develop data pipeline frameworks on data collection, processing and storage across data stores
• Design, develop, review and test ETL/ELT codes and other data integration and management scripts independently
• Should be able to provide guidance on standards, guidelines and best practices for Talend development
• Provide support and maintenance of existing ETL systems and processes
• Follow development SDLC process. Accurately estimate time required to complete projects and tasks
• Identify missing automation needs and develop automations using Talend
