Are you detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency?  

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join our team! 

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining supplier master data, customer master data, financial master data, cost roll, and bank platforms across various systems and applications. You will ensure that all data is handled according to internal procedures and standards, serving as a single source of truth to support critical business processes and decision-making.

What you’ll do at Elekta 

Your responsibilities will be (But not limited to) 

• Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and execute resolution process  

• Proactively suggest recommendations and ideas to deliver continuous process improvement 

• Maintaining procedures and documentation, including process dedicated SharePoint sites 

• Report operational issues (process or system related) to Team Leader 

• Deliver customer service in line with agreed procedures 

• Create, modify, and maintain supplier, customer, financial master data 

• Keep track of completed changes in the system 

• Review of master data input 

• Manage e-mail contact with data owners 

• Clarify and enter missing master data 

• Validate incoming requests in terms of correctness 

• Follow up on data quality issues and correct data if needed, reporting data conflicts 

• Operation in various Finance systems to include M3, Salesforce, Kyriba, Enovia, Coupa  

• Preparing and delivering ad hoc reports related to data in scope 

• Backup colleagues from Master Data team in terms of absences 

 

What you bring: 

• 1-2-year experience in master data field 

• Data correctness and details oriented, 

• Sufficient knowledge of ERP functionalities related to master data function 

• Sufficient knowledge of other applications and systems assigned to master data function 

• Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of Literacy and numeracy 

• Familiarity with MS Office products, including Excel, SharePoint, and outlook, MS Power Automate or Power Apps will be an advantage 

• Language requirements: English (fluent), Polish (fluent), other languages are advantageous 

• Data correctness and detail-oriented
