• Understand requirements and work with various stakeholders across the world.

• Problem-solve within the constraints of a corporate IT environment.

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/ Engineering discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in a DevOps setup working exclusively on Python and AI/ML
• Experience with GitOps tools.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and repositories (GitHub).
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL or NoSQL)
• Ability to think independently and explore ideas with a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and domain knowledge, along with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Data skills - Strong coding skills Python, ability to improve and optimize models using statistical parameters

Technical Skills:

• Machine Learning: build, calibrate and test machine learning models.
• Transformation: feature creation, data cleansing, re-expression.
• Visualization: exploratory data analysis, intuitive presentation of findings. App development.
• Hands-on experience in UI development using JavaScript and CSS
• Text extraction from unstructured documents using RAG
• Data Ingestion using API connections
• Document classification
• LLM and Vector Stores
• Code optimisation, including Threading
• Prompt engineering.

BAU monitoring and improvements:

• Testing and rigor before new releases.
• Streamlining and improving code, including GiTHub.
• Monitoring Virtual Machine and validating automated emails.

Soft Skills:

• Understanding requirements, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are crucial skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple and actionable way.

What makes you stand out?

• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. (Optional)
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Node.js and AngularJS framework.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Travis
