Must have skills: Pricing and CPQ Tools (PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, Callidus, infor)

Good to have skills: Advanced analytics, AI, ML, Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience is required

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales & Service Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance within the Pricing area. Your typical day will involve working with clients, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and implementation support for Pricing and CPQ Tools.
• Build robust pricing models using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
• Assess pricing processes in alignment with business imperatives and client’s sales strategy.
• Design and implement pricing strategies, competitive pricing, and margin analysis.
• Work on B2B Pricing Analytics and target state analytics recommendation.
• Recommend and deploy process improvements and enablers with best-in-class KPIs.
• Facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have skills: Proficiency in Pricing and CPQ Tools.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and analytics.
• Experience in developing and maintaining pricing models.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting pricing applications.
• Experience in working with global B2B organizations.

Additional Information:

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using pricing and CPQ tools.
• This position is based at our Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, or Hyderabad office.
