Business/Vertical:
The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers. Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.
The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.
Position Summary:
The Growth Data Analyst will be a key strategic partner in driving data-informed growth decisions for Invoice Simple and Joist, reporting to the Head of Growth. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strategic thinking to shape growth strategy, develop experimentation frameworks, and optimize performance across the customer lifecycle. As a core member of the growth team, they will participate in strategic planning and provide critical insights that guide mobile solutions' direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Participate actively in growth strategy development and planning sessions.
Provide data-driven insights to shape strategic direction.
Partner with Growth Lead on strategic decision making.
Identify opportunities for growth optimization through analytics.
Guide strategic resource allocation based on performance data.
Growth Analytics Leadership:
Create comprehensive analytics frameworks for growth initiatives.
Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments.
Develop predictive models for customer acquisition and retention.
Guide optimization of growth metrics and KPIs.
Build measurement frameworks for new growth initiatives.
Strategic Analysis:
Lead growth performance analysis and reporting.
Analyze customer behavior patterns and trends.
Evaluate channel performance and optimization opportunities.
Create forecasting and attribution models.
Build business cases for growth investments.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Participate in strategic planning sessions with Growth team.
Partner with Marketing on campaign analytics and optimization.
Support Business Development with partnership metrics.
Guide teams on data-driven decision making.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth analytics or data science.
Strong background in B2B SaaS metrics and analytics.
Experience with experimentation and A/B testing. Excellent statistical analysis and modeling skills.
BS/BA required in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience with analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
Strong SQL and programming skills required.
Proven track record of driving decisions through data analysis.
Experience with customer lifecycle analytics.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
