The Position

Roche is looking for the Data and Analytics Specialist that has the responsibility to understand our data needs, to deliver solutions and data analysis to speed-up the decision taking process. Besides having good business knowledge, the data analyst brings technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of that data and present it in ways to help Roche to accomplish the outcomes with better decisions using data.

Main Challenges:

• Enhance predictability by developing predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes

• Analyze local, national, and global data trends

• Identify and analyze trends within data to inform business strategies

• Collaborate closely with other Roche teams to promote a data-driven culture

• Understand data needs to make better decisions and propose solutions that accelerate decision-making

• Collaborate to generate insights that help us provide extraordinary experiences to our customers

• Ensure data integration

• Using advanced predictive algorithms and machine learning models for data analysis

• Implementing Big Data tools for handling large volumes of data

• Integration and management of cloud databases (such as Snowflake)

• Using advanced data analysis techniques, such as predictive analysis and statistical modeling

• Utilizing Python for automating tasks, data processing, and developing machine learning models

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role

• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research

• Preferable knowledge of public databases in the health sector and market audits

• Experience helping companies enhancing its data-driven mindset

• Data analysis

• Handling large datasets

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Teamwork
