Your Impact:
You'll be at the forefront of leveraging data for decision-making and business optimisation, building scalable infrastructure, and delivering impactful analytics solutions. This is your opportunity to enhance our data capabilities and contribute to our continued success.A Data Analyst at Deliverect has several key responsibilities, primarily centered around bridging the gap between data engineering and business intelligence

A Typical Day:

• Data Modelling and Transformation: Designing, developing, and maintaining models to transform raw data into structured, analytics-ready datasets. This involves working with tools like DBT.
• Dashboard Creation and Management: Building and managing dashboards to facilitate self-service analytics for various teams within the organisation.
• Data Pipeline Collaboration: Working closely with data engineers to define data pipelines, ingestion strategies, and data governance policies.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency through robust testing and monitoring processes.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborating with other teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their needs and provide actionable insights and analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improving the data stack, best practices, and documentation.
• Drive and support strategic projects through internal and external analysis

Your Expertise:

• Strong expertise in SQL (BigQuery ideal).
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and ETL tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with data governance, testing, and monitoring best practices.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new challenges 

Nice-to-Have
• Past experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience with Python for data scripting and automation, proficiency in Looker, knowledge of cloud (GCP ideally).
• Background in the Food Tech or SaaS industry.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent or Madrid Office with 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
