Responsibilities |

• Analyze strategies for real estate properties or hospitality services, including short-term rentals, hotels, and long-term leases.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal rates.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Team to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Build and maintain pricing models using advanced Excel techniques, business intelligence tools, and forecasting software.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track key metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available unit (RevPAR).
• Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.

About you |

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis within the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
