Your mission

  • Research and develop neuromorphic computing architectures for ultra-low-power, real-time ML processing on UAV and sensor systems
  • Design and optimize spiking neural networks (SNNs) for edge AI inference on neuromorphic chips (Loihi, BrainChip Akida, SpiNNaker)
  • Implement event-driven processing to enhance energy efficiency in autonomous UAV perception and decision-making
  • Develop bio-inspired AI models to improve UAV swarm intelligence, real-time object recognition, and anomaly detection
  • Collaborate with sensor fusion, embedded AI, and robotics teams to integrate neuromorphic computing into UAV defense applications
  • Ensure resilience to adversarial AI attacks and develop robust ML architectures for contested environments
  • Work with AI hardware accelerators (FPGA, ASIC, Edge TPU) for real-time ML execution

Your profile

  • 5+ years experience in neuromorphic computing, edge AI, or ultra-low-power ML systems
  • Strong expertise in spiking neural networks (SNNs), temporal coding, and bio-inspired AI architectures
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust for neuromorphic model development and optimization
  • Experience with neuromorphic hardware platforms (Intel Loihi, BrainChip, IBM TrueNorth, SpiNNaker)
  • Deep understanding of event-based processing, low-power computing, and real-time AI inference
  • Familiarity with AI security, adversarial robustness, and ML resilience in electronic warfare environments
Nice to have
  • Experience with hybrid classical-neuromorphic AI models for UAV autonomy
  • Background in biologically inspired robotics and adaptive learning systems
  • Knowledge of quantum-classical AI integration for next-gen UAV intelligence
