Job Description

As an ML/AI Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in the development and application of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and algorithms. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists, gaining hands-on experience in applying state-of-the-art AI technologies to real-world problems. This internship is designed to help you grow your technical skills and apply your knowledge in AI, ML, and data analysis.

• Support AI/ML model development: Assist in building, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models using various techniques.
• Collaborate on AI/ML applications: Contribute to designing and developing AI-based systems that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Data preprocessing & feature engineering: Support the preprocessing of data, feature extraction, and data analysis to prepare datasets for machine learning models.
• Conduct evaluations: Help assess the performance of AI models and algorithms, and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Implement and apply NLP techniques: Assist in the implementation of NLP tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
• Support model deployment: Collaborate with the team in integrating machine learning models into production systems.
• Stay updated: Keep track of advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP to incorporate new techniques and best practices.
• Assist in debugging and testing: Participate in ensuring that AI/ML solutions meet the highest quality standards through thorough testing and code reviews.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence.
• Familiarity with Python and common ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning techniques.
• Interest or prior experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks like text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Passionate about learning new AI/ML technologies and contributing to innovative projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and grow.

• Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Chinese, or German.
