This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for students in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an ERP Dashboard & Data Visualization Intern, you’ll work closely with supply chain and operations personnel to design custom dashboards and improve data visualization for better decision-making. You’ll analyze user needs, leverage D365’s reporting capabilities, and incorporate Power BI to create dynamic, easy-to-use dashboards.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Understand ERP & Data Needs:

• Review available Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) training materials (SharePoint videos, case studies, and implementation lessons).
• Conduct interviews with relevant personnel to understand their daily data needs.
• Learn how data flows within D365 and where to source critical information.

✅ Dashboard Development & Customization:

• Design standard dashboard views by position or department to support new employees and streamline reporting.
• Work with individual users to customize dashboards beyond the standard reports.
• Ensure dashboards provide visual insights for faster, more informed decision-making.

✅ Data Visualization & Reporting:

• Utilize Power BI and D365 reporting tools to enhance data visualization.
• Build interactive, automated dashboards that simplify complex data sets.
• Ensure reports are intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful for all levels of management.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).✔ Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).✔ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
