As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of developing AI-driven solutions for processing and optimizing clinical audio data. Working closely with engineers, product specialists, and domain experts, you will design and implement models that assess, enhance, and refine real-time audio from therapy sessions. Your work will help ensure high-quality, reliable audio experiences that are critical for accurate transcription and meaningful analysis. Requirements

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, working on applied machine learning projects.
• Hands-on experience with audio data processing, including tasks such as audio quality assessment, enhancement, or transcription.
• Experience developing and deploying AI models in production, with a focus on efficiency and real-time performance.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NLP and speech-related AI models (e.g., speech-to-text, speaker separation, diarization) – advantage.
• Experience with real-time AI applications—optimizing inference speed, latency, and computational efficiency – advantage.
• Previous experience in a startup environment – advantage.

How will you contribute?

• Lead data science projects that directly influence the work of thousands of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other caregivers.
• Develop end-to-end AI solutions from the research phase through to production.
• Identify and leverage cutting-edge technologies to facilitate their integration into our products.
• Play a critical role in designing the company’s products.
