Your Role
As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead the development of our back office—the core digital infrastructure of our business—along with other digital products, driving innovation in our software capabilities to shape the future of EV charging. You bring a strong technical foundation, with a passion for software development, APIs, and the automation of business processes, paired with a data-driven mindset. Additionally, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business. This is a mid-level position with significant opportunities for growth as the company scales.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Define and own the product roadmap for our back-office system and its new features, as well as other digital products.
· Utilise emerging technologies such as ML and LLMs to solve business problems.
· Use data analysis to prioritize improvements and deliver an exceptional back-office experience.
· Gain a high familiarity with OCPP and OCPI protocols.
· Collaborate with development teams using tools like Azure DevOps to manage backlogs, sprints, and project timelines.
· Build and present business cases for new products and product enhancements, focusing on user value and ROI.
· Evaluate competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
· Design wireframes using Figma.
· Refine and develop product processes to improve efficiency.
· Stay up to date on emerging industry standards and regulations, and their potential impact on products.

What You'll Bring
· Analytical mindset: You’re data-driven, curious, and love solving problems.
· 3+ years in Product Management, Product Development, UX Research, or Agile/Scrum roles
· Experience with SQL (or a strong willingness to learn)
· Python or JavaScript experience useful
· API testing and management, (or a strong willingness to learn)
· A keen interest in utilising emerging technologies (ML, AI, etc.)
· Experience using Figma, or a willingness to learn
· Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering great products
· Experience in EV charging, energy sectors, or SaaS is a plus
· Proficiency in agile product management methods
