RFI Data Analyst

What you'll be doing:

• RFI/RFQ Data Management
  • Ensure up-to-date information is systemically obtained from relevant internal departments
  • Ensure data is clean and ready for analysis
• Data Analysis
  • Management of data requests in line with:
    • Client timescales
    • Client-driven parameters
  • Maintain accurate records of data provided
  • Manage RFI/RFQ requests in Salesforce
  • Manage the systematic SME review of data as required
• Internal Relationship Management
  • Manage interactions with SMEs relating to further detail gathering for requests
  • Manage communication, updates, and expectations of the RFI Team, Business Development, and other internal requestors as required
• Reporting
  • Manage departmental KPIs and metrics as required
  • Library Management Tool analytics for system improvement
  • Reports to team on entries to be closed
  • Actioning Library Duplicates
  • Recategorizing/Auditing as necessary
  • Investigating data queries with SMEs and other areas to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or minimum years of experience as outlined below

Experience:

• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Access required
• Experience producing Reports/KPIs
• 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis or Project Management/Coordination with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, liaising with multi-departmental stakeholders
• 3+ years’ relevant industry experience preferred

• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

The Department Head has the discretion to hire personnel with a combination of experience and education which may vary from the above-listed qualifications.

• Travel: 0-20%
• Lifting: 0-15lbs
• Other: Computer work for long periods of time
