    Summary:

    In this role, you will drive go-to-market success by leading strategic marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns for Vizient’s Data & Digital (D&D) business. You will shape and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring Vizient’s solutions are positioned as essential in the healthcare industry.

    Overseeing strategic planning, messaging, positioning, and marketing activation, you will drive market adoption, seamless customer journeys, and measurable business impact. Partnering with GTM leadership, sales, product marketing, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure alignment and execution excellence.

    As a results-driven marketing leader, you will balance speed and strategy, fostering collaboration to drive both immediate success and long-term growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience positioning.

    • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, events, print, social media, and other channels to ensure a cohesive brand presence.

    • Drive revenue and margin growth by deeply understanding customer personas, needs, and buying journeys.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and product marketing to refine customer segmentation and enhance pipeline progression and velocity.

    • Partner with Market Research, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to conduct segmentation analysis and develop tailored marketing strategies for key customer groups.

    • Work closely with business unit leaders, category experts, sales, and enterprise marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.

    • Build strong stakeholder relationships to define priorities, negotiate agreements, and resolve challenges effectively.

    • Continuously analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness across all acute care segments.

    • Track and report on key metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline growth, and revenue impact, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    • Leverage market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.

    • Oversee the marketing strategy integration budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum ROI.

    • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s brand identity, messaging, and values.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuously improve marketing strategies.

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes, market adoption, and revenue growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.  Advanced degree desired.

    • 10 or more years of relevant marketing experience required.

    • Experience in SaaS, technology solutions, and B2B go-to-market (GTM) strategies, with expertise in the healthcare industry preferred.

    • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, promotions, campaign execution, and industry best practices.

    • Proven ability to develop processes, analyze data, and interpret financial insights to drive marketing effectiveness.

    • Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

    • Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills, with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working independently with minimal direction.

    • Experience with marketing and sales enablement platforms, including Pardot, Salesforce.com, ICE, Workzone, WorkFront, Seismic, Percolate, and Eloqua | Oracle.

    • Willingness to travel.

    Estimated Hiring Range:

    At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

    This position is also incentive eligible.
