Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex programs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Competency & Solution Excellence
Provide technical leadership in Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics within CPG.
Guide solution architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
Evaluate and drive adoption of new technologies to enhance delivery and efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, SAP, and CPG-specific tools.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Drive account growth through proactive strategy development and cross-selling opportunities.
Lead pre-sales initiatives, crafting compelling value propositions.
Strategic Planning & Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
Collaborate with leadership to define growth roadmaps and execution strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive positioning.
Stakeholder Management & Satisfaction
Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly.
Gather and incorporate feedback to enhance service delivery and engagement.
Program & Delivery Oversight
Ensure seamless execution of engagements, meeting client expectations and SLAs.
Oversee implementation teams, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in solutions.
Skills & Experience:
12-20 years of hands-on Data Engineering development experience
Proficient in Object-oriented languages (Python, PySpark) and frameworks
Hands-on expertise in Azure ecosystem, including components like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure, SQL, Azure DataBricks, HD Insights, ML Service etc.
Along with technical expertise, we are also expecting candidates to have an aptitude for helping client organizations to understand application architectures and integration approaches, to architect advanced cloud-based solutions, and help launch the build-out of those systems.
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $245,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
