ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated person to oversee the integrity and quality of data stored in our client relationship management (CRM) system. You would be joining the firm at an exciting time as the firm invests on the ongoing restructuring, enhancements and overhauling of CRM. 

You will enjoy working with data and will monitor it in accordance with the various standards and policies outlined in the firm's data governance framework. You will manage the data that is being created and updated in the system, both by other users around the firm and in some cases, by automation. You will be coming into a friendly team, who all prefer the unique culture  

You will be working as part of a collaborative sales team who are on an exciting journey to become the UK's number 1 Residential Property portal!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using a variety of tools to maintain the data and identify and deal with duplication. 

  • Monitoring the new contact review process – ensuring that data flowing into the system meets the required data standards. 

  • Supporting the firm's stated Data privacy/GDPR approach. 

  • Running data quality searches and resolving data issues, as well as performing daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks. 

  • Undertaking bulk  

  • Archiving old and redundant data. 

  • Keeping all documentation updated on the firm's intranet. 

  • Supporting the CRM manager in any ad hoc projects and tasks, including an ongoing project to enhance the data in our CRM 

  • Monitoring the CRM inbox and assisting end users around the firm with any CRM enquiries. 

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness & ROI. 

  • Data management – segmenting audiences so marketing can create targeted campaigns 

  • Confident manipulating performance data and turning it into actionable insights (proficient using Microsoft Excel) 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience of using large CRM – Zoho, Salesforce, etc in a professional services environment would be advantageous. 

  • Good knowledge of the principles of CRM and importance of complete and accurate data. 

  • Emotionally intelligent and able to flex your style depending on who you are talking to. 

  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to use a range of internal and external resources to perform research, where needed, around key data sets. 

  • Excellent data manipulation skills, especially within Excel. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
