The CISO's Program Management Office is tasked with aiding the implementation and oversight of IT governance frameworks, projects, processes, tools, and procedures. This role involves supporting security infrastructure, cyber and information security operations, and developing visualizations.

Job Responsibilities 

In the areas encompassing ServiceNow, Information Security (GRC), Enterprise Architecture (EA), Cybersecurity and office of the CISO:

• Determine operational objectives KPIs by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Construct dashboard visualizations and understanding system capabilities.
• Improve data gathering by studying current practices, designing modifications.
• Monitor and track data progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Specialize in collecting and reporting security data across various teams, with a focus on providing detailed, real-time insights for both offensive and defensive security teams.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics visualizations for tracking security exceptions, monitoring their status, and providing visibility into security compliance across the organization.
• Work closely with security teams to understand key metrics and build dashboards that track incident tickets, security performance, and exception resolutions.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis for security exception trends, helping leadership understand areas of risk and prioritize remediation efforts.
• Support internal and external audits by delivering comprehensive security performance reports and incident logs.
• Be quick to respond to requests for service from all your clients.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Possess knowledge or capability to adapt to quick learning in Power BI, Tableau or Visualization tool publishing.
• Strong capability in user of MS Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive Management; etc.).
• Advanced English communication skills

Education

• Have a university degree/College diploma in the fields related to Computer Science and/or Information Security.
• Advanced English communication skills.
