We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our Personal Health Care analytics team in Warsaw, at Zabraniecka Street.

Are you a self-motivated individual with the ability to create and refine data transformations and models for analytical purposes? Join our dynamic team of data engineers and data asset managers within the Company's fastest-growing segment. Your expertise will be essential in driving impactful analytics.

In this role, you will be responsible for building data acquisition pipelines, and diverse reporting solutions incorporating various Azure components & tools. This is your chance to work on exciting, global projects and have the opportunity to work with multi-functional and multinational teams within and outside of P&G.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing data modeling and driving the optimization of data and analytics solutions at scale

• Designing and developing applications that source data from various systems, using programming in Python and SQL

• Working cross-functionally with business users, data management teams, cloud integration architects, information security teams, and platform teams

• Delivering right solution architecture, automation and technology choices starting from experimentation and proof of concept phases of new analytical models that generate insights and answers to business question

• Suggest and implement architecture improvements

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business / Management Information Systems, or other relevant degree with 3+ years of professional experience contributing to data modeling or architecture.

• Strong data analysis and debugging skills.

• Proven experience in Python (PySpark is a plus) and SQL programming skills.

• Ability to write clean code.

• Experience using source control management (git) to collaboratively build software: branching, merging, code reviews.

• English fluency

• Availability to work hybrid schedule at Zabraniecka, Warszawa
