Are you interested in gaining real-world, hands on, project-based experience in Summer 2025? Are you seeking a chance to explore the business world?

Based in Manassas, Virginia, you will be part of Swift’s 10-week internship. During your internship, you will work alongside a mentor and with a team who can help you develop your business sense.

At this time, Swift is not able to offer relocation or housing to interns.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Be a rising junior or senior.

Are you passionate about data, writing, or even both? Intern on the Knowledge Delivery team to discover how we use data to get the right knowledge to the right people at the right time!

This summer, join our team to get real, hands-on experience as a Data Analyst at Swift. You’ll work on our global team with a mission to deliver quality support documentation to customers while you grow your network around the world.

Swift’s Documentation Delivery team remains at the forefront of the technical communication industry. We’re empowered by continuous improvement and have a hunger for growth and learning.

Consider joining our team this summer to experience an internship full of opportunities to grow your professional network and skill set. On our team, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the following and beyond:

• Create and review analytics dashboards to gain practical insights.
• Streamline data collection workflows.
• Prepare recommendations to project stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Write and publish in a structured authoring environment (DITA XML).

You’ll primarily use Splunk to work with our analytics and ultimately do a deep dive into what our customers need from our documentation. At the end of your project, we’ll be able to implement your recommendations to strengthen our deliverables and improve customer experience.
