Tufin’s Product Management Team

Tufin’s Product Management team is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with customers, sales, R&D, solutions team, business development, and marketing to ensure successful product releases, high customer satisfaction and growth.

As the AI Product manager, you will and shapes the future of Tufin’s AI-powered products, in the domain of network security policy management and beyond. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence products using LLM, Machine Learning and other advanced algorithms. You will be making strategic decisions to balance business goals with technological capabilities. You will collaborate with engineers and data scientists to define product specifications, while also working with marketing, sales and selected customers to ensure the products and capabilities resonate with the market and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies tailored for AI technologies
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products
• Analyze business opportunities through customer, market, and competitive research to ensure market leadership and high business impact
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively
• Engage with customers to effectively gather ideas, needs, use cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, services, and customer success teams to align product priorities with common needs in the field.
• Work closely with R&D teams to define, and plan new product capabilities.
• Support marketing in creating sales enablement tools, product collateral, messaging briefs, and training, for impactful product launches and GTM success.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
• Develop subject matter expertise in your domain and represent it effectively through compelling presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product management.
• Substantial experience with leading AI initiatives in a B2B environment, from ideation to launch
• Strong background in networking or network security products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations in English.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into valuable solutions.
• A self-motivated team player with a passion for problem-solving and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (computer science, data science, statistics, industrial engineering) or an MBA in Information Technology or a related field.
• Willingness to travel (3-6 times a year).
