Your mission
- Develop bio-inspired AI models mimicking bat sonar for high-precision acoustic UAV detection and tracking
- Design echolocation-based signal processing algorithms, optimizing beamforming, Doppler analysis, and frequency modulation
- Implement machine learning models (Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning) to enhance real-time target recognition from acoustic data
- Optimize ultrasonic and low-frequency acoustic sensing for UAV detection in complex environments
- Develop multi-modal sensor fusion, integrating bio-inspired sonar data with EO/IR, RF, and Lidar systems
- Conduct real-world validation and simulation-based testing of AI-enhanced bio-sonar detection models
- Work with embedded AI and neuromorphic computing to enhance real-time sonar inference at the edge
- Ensure compliance with military and defense sensing standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, IEC Acoustic Systems)
Your profile
- 5+ years experience in biologically inspired AI, acoustic signal processing, or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in bioacoustics, sonar technology, and AI-driven echolocation models
- Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, TensorFlow/PyTorch for sonar AI model development
- Strong knowledge of bat-inspired signal processing, frequency hopping, and chirp-based sonar techniques
- Familiarity with adaptive beamforming, real-time anomaly detection, and acoustic swarm intelligence
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or counter-UAV acoustic sensing applications
- Background in neuromorphic AI for real-time signal processing
- Knowledge of bio-inspired robotics and bat-mimicking UAV sensor technology
