Senior ML Architect

Your challenge

Are you a Senior Architect that can lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions? 

As a senior, you take up a tech lead role on a per-project basis, and lead your more junior colleagues in both the technical and client-facing aspects of a project. Internally, you take a leading role in driving forward the company’s technical capabilities and client offerings.

Briefly explained, you: 

• Are a born consultant that understands customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions (from conception to deployment)
• Use Python to deploy production ready pipelines and ML models on the cloud
• Evaluate and recommend ML platforms and technologies for implementation, and provide governance and direction on architectural matters
• Are responsible for the high-quality delivery of your team’s projects
• Deliver technical workshops for clients
• Engage with different stakeholders (internal+external) to promote and implement an established AI architectural vision
• Leverage your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects

Who are you?

• Degree in computer science or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch/German are a plus)
• 3+ years of work experience with Machine Learning 
• Proficient in Python & software development 
• A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset
• Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients
• Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base
• Experience with deploying ML solutions on one (or more) of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of data architecture concepts and MLOps practices
• Took a technical lead role on different projects
