Senior Data Analyst - V Strong SQL, Good Comms & Product Knowledge Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions across the organization. You will leverage your strong SQL skills, excellent communication abilities, and deep product knowledge to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (databases, APIs, etc.) Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance. Prepare data visualizations (charts, graphs, etc.) to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Product Analysis: Deeply understand our products and the customer journey. Analyze user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance product features and user experience. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes. Business Intelligence: Translate business questions into data-driven analyses. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders (product managers, marketing teams, etc.) to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization. Data Governance: Maintain data quality and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Adhere to data privacy and security best practices. Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to achieve shared goals. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role. Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and performing data manipulation. Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. Preferred: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R). Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience in Agile development methodologies. Experience in the [Industry] domain.
