YOUR TEAM
You will join the ERP-IT Team, a closely-knit group with diverse skills and interests, all united by a common passion for efficiency and continuous improvement. This dynamic team thrives in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere, where everyone has a voice and is encouraged to share their ideas and experiences. Each team member is responsible for managing their own projects, contributing to the collective success of the group. As a Wrike Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), collaborating to enhance and optimize the company’s use of Wrike.
At Moment Factory, the PMO is a service designed for all teams, aimed at supporting the execution of internal and external projects by generating added value, while fostering well-being and efficiency. The PMO serves as a convergence point for project management, driving simplicity and excellence to deliver tangible results. You will work alongside the PMO to encourage team autonomy, support connections between members, create streamlined processes, and implement effective methodologies that provide exceptional value to the entire organization through Wrike.

YOUR MISSION
As a Wrike Specialist, your primary role is to guide the company in effectively managing its project workflows and information flows within Wrike by developing tailored solutions that align with business operations. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, recommending and developing customized dashboards, reports, analytics boards and other Wrike features to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure the continuous maintenance and enhancement of the company’s Wrike setup while providing ongoing support to internal users through training, troubleshooting, and assistance with application usage. Your expertise will drive the optimization of Wrike, helping the company maximize its potential and enhance project management success.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the development team following the Agile method, with the PMO director acting as the product owner to prioritize key initiatives.
  • Analyze the structural requirements of the organization and recommend efficient solutions.
  • Draft comprehensive specifications based on the company's needs.
  • Test and implement new processes in Wrike, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct change management.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing internal support.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the Wrike system to ensure its reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the Wrike system based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Document business processes and system configurations for future reference and training purposes.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

  • Proficiency in Wrike (strong asset).
  • Good understanding of Wrike database (datahub) structure and data analysis.
  • Understanding data modeling, DB Scripting/language is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in manipulating data. 
  • Familiarity with Wrike Analytics board or other reporting platforms, such as PowerBI or similar tools.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) with an intermediate level of English (you need to be able to give training in both languages).
  • Understanding of agile software development life cycle principles.
