As a Junior Customer Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data. Your insights and diligence will directly impact our ability to provide world-class service and drive data-informed decision-making within our organization.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Working an EST shift, 2PM to 10PM CEST (Prishtina Time)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance,  Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience).
• Experience in data management, customer data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in customer success or account management.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to identify trends and insights from large datasets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring Data Accuracy:
• • Audit, verify, and maintain client data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with account management to update customer records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with the Data & Process Specialist to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• • Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights.
  • Support the analytics team in translating data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Data & Process Specialist to refine reporting and analysis methods.
• Process Optimization:
• • Assist in refining and improving data management workflows within account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data-related processes and system efficiencies.
  • Partner with the Data & Process Specialist to identify and implement process improvements.
