Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Data Scientist, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

• Programming in Python.
• Analyzing questions, formulating requirements, determining suitable analytic approaches, evaluating results, and communicating findings to partners and stakeholders.
• Working with data in a variety of structured and unstructured formats.
• A variety of database types, such as SQL, NoSQL, and SQLite.
• Defining requirements and infrastructure for running large-scale graph analytics in a production environment.
• Defining requirements and infrastructure needs for natural language processing in a production environment.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:

• Mandarin Chinese ability (reading) at the 2 level or higher, 
• Programming in common compiled or interpreted languages, such as Ruby, C++, Java, or similar.
• Data management tools, such as Hadoop, MapReduce, or similar.
• Data visualization tools, such as notebook-based Python visualization libraries, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Computer network exploitation and remote network operations.
• Cyber or technical operations.
• Cyber or technical targeting.
• Conducting data science using the Apache Zeppelin notebooks platform.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop customer-tailored products.
• Ability to translate complex, technical findings into an easily understood narrative in graphical, verbal, or written form.
