Job Title: BSA (Data Science, RAG, LLM, OpenAI)Location: South San Francisco CA or RemoteJob Type: Full-time or Contract We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with experience in Data Science, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLM), and OpenAI technologies. This role will bridge business needs and technical implementation, driving AI/ML initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution.Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements for AI/ML-driven solutions, including RAG, LLM, and OpenAI APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Support AI model integration, data pipeline development, and governance best practices.
• Analyze and visualize data insights to drive strategic decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data science, or AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and data pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of LangChain, Vector Databases, NLP, and AI governance.
• Experience deploying AI-powered search and knowledge management systems.
