Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

• Work closely with clients to understand dashboards requirements to lead and facilitate discussions within global and regional levels;
• Analyze requests received and provides consultancy on the output, when applicable;
• Identify possible data quality problems in HR datasets and reports;
• Update dashboards aligned with business requirements;
• Track all reports generated and dashboards provided for trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics or related fields;
• Experience: Understanding about Power BI, Power Query, DAX and SQL Databases;
• Knowledge: Ability to work in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.): e.g., create visual appealing presentations, prepare spreadsheets, etc.
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;
• Personality: Analytical mindset, high flexibility, proactiveness, resilience and structured way of working.
