Job Description

• Ensure the proper functioning of monitoring solutions, including Zabbix, Elasticsearch, Canopsis, and Grafana
• You will be integrated into the Global Tooling teams and will be involved in different projects related to our solutions
• Collaborate daily with contract governance and delivery teams to evolve our standards
• Our objective is to build and ensure the proper functioning of solutions and to guarantee the expected level of quality

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Zabbix Server solution and Zabbix proxies
• Support and maintain ELK solutions, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally
• Upskill on our Canopsis Hypervision solution and maintain it, as-well-as participate to product evolution
• Configure and maintain standard dashboards in Kibana and Grafana
• Assist in automating processes related to monitoring solutions
• Ensure the proper functioning of the security tools, in compliance with the standards and procedures
• Provide level 2 technical support, by analyzing and solving incidents
• Suggest improvements and update ELK Service Catalog
• Participating in pre-production release validations
• Collaborate in workshops with architects to develop and enhance solutions
• Stay informed about the latest technological trends in monitoring
• Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve processes
• Monitor updates and developments of tools in collaboration with vendors and infrastructure teams

Nice to have/Open to Learn:

• Create or maintain Ansible Playbooks which delivers the service (Automated Service Catalog)
• Lead or independently implement Zabbix solutions
• Develop and maintain standard templates for Zabbix and ELK according to business requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Monitoring experience with Zabbix and ELK
• Knowledge of Grafana
• Good experience in middleware solutions or Infrastructure services context
• Experience with Linux, Windows and Kubernetes environment
• Knowledge and ability to write Ansible playbooks would be a real plus
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems
• Team spirit, collaboration and communication
• Curious and motivated to be onboard on new solutions
• Fluent English, spoken and written. French speaking is a plus
• On-call Duty is required
