Collaboration and Communication:

•         Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and customer service, to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

•         Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

Problem Solving and Innovation:

•         Proactively identify and address data-related challenges and issues as programs evolve.

•         Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and automation to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Documentation and Compliance:

•         Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

•         Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, as well as relevant regulations and standards

TCP Career Step Differentiator: Works on moderately complex data movement, storage and analysis

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, etc. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills to strategic initiatives that will shape the future of AT&T. If you are an experienced data analyst with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and process improvement, we encourage you to apply.
