POSITION SUMMARY

To join our Local Human Resources Services team, we are looking for an HR Services Data Specialist. 
Your main mission will be to ensure flawless people data management at for Nestlé in Portugal and ensure to lead the way on data withing the HR Community.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HR SERVICES DATA SPECIALIST 

• Ensure first time right data quality by accurately completing required fields our HR systems;
• Train HR data contributors in Nestlé Portugal to ensure they have a proper understanding of data quality requirements and of the consequences of poor data quality;
• Review data quality dashboards and prioritize areas of ongoing data quality attention with HR Business Partners and other members of the HR team;
• Keep abreast of all new data standards and data best practices through active participation in the HR data specialist network;
• Proactively work towards achieving elevated data quality standards through actions defined as result of quality dashboards;
• Ensure smooth data flows across HR Systems.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
• Experience in working with SAP and SuccessFactors;
• Analytical skills of elevated amounts of data;
• Fluency in English;
• Project management skills;
• Multitasking and organizational skills.
