Senior Data Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and manage scalable data infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), Big Data tools, data ingestion/integration frameworks, & experience delivering robust data solutions.

Main Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
•Work cross-functionally with business managers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to gather requirements and understand business processes.
•Design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructures
•Architect and manage end-to-end data analytics pipelines.
•Implement data science frameworks to enable organization-wide R&D.
•Apply DevOps processes for deployment and maintenance of production-level systems.
•Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
•Maintain quality processes to ensure requirements are met.
•Document all aspects of design, implementation, testing, and release.
Required Technical Skills:
•Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure) – Expertise in application of native cloud services.
•Data Engineering – Experience with large-scale and reliable data systems (Big Data).
•Data Stores – Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
•Data Ingestion & Integration – Strong knowledge of data integration tools and frameworks.
•Workflow Management – Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design and automation.
•ServiceNow & Snowflake Integration – Experience in this area is a plus.
•Familiarity with MS Power BI, MS Power Apps, Python & R would be an added advantage

Minimum Educational Requirement

Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Related fields
