Position Summary

  • This role will report into the Product Owner for LearnEnable, as part of the global Engineering L&D Team:
  • The engineering team is working on Process Improvement and support montioring as part of the App support.
  • ServiceNow improvements as part of the initiative to move the support ticketing based. Vendor onboarding on the ServiceNow solution.
  • Architectural design and vendor /internal engagements for the Governance Process to implement mobile applications.
  • Related Governance internal assessments for the applications in scope to deliver the mobile project.
  • LeanIX repository update.
  • Support on LXP and vendor engagements.
  • Architectural Governance and vendor engagements on the AWS Skillbuilder LXP monitoring governance.
  • Other Architectural reviews and delivery activities in terms of Customer Improvements and Reporting/Dashboard creation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights for business and educational performance.
  • Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.) and optimize data models for efficiency.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand reporting needs and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Create data visualizations that support learning analytics, student engagement metrics, and business growth.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to enhance data usability.
  • Automate and optimize reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and standard methodologies in data visualization and business intelligence.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Power BI Developer/Specialist with a solid portfolio of dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ahigh attention to detail and storytelling through data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multi-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the EdTech or online learning industry.
  • Knowledge of learning analytics, student behaviour tracking, and engagement metrics.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
  • Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
