Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities
 Develop and implement the digitalization roadmap aligned with DC global strategy
 Identify opportunities for process automation, data-driven decision making and enhance
productivity
 Evaluate emerging technologies like Power Apps, RPA, AI/ML to improve operations.
 Develop dashboards for real time analytics and business insights
 Ensure data governance, security and compliance with industry standards
 Maintenance of existing tools and Implementation of new digital tools
 Develop and manage digital tools for enquiry tracking, sales monitoring and project reporting
 Cross functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales and IT teams to understand and adhere
the business needs
 Train and support end users on new tools and technologies
Knowledge / Specialization / Expertise
 ERP/CRM integration: Experience with systems like CRM / SAP / Salesforce etc.
 Integrated SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
 Programming Language: R, Python, SQL
 MS Office (Word/ Excel / PPT)
 Comfortable with handling large data
 Should have analytical skills
 Intrapersonal skills to coordinate with global stakeholders

Qualifications

B.E. (Mechanical / Production) with Masters in Data Science / Business Analytics
 Certifications: Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Analytics
(PMP/Agile/ Scrum optional)
Experience: 3-5 years in digital transformation, data analytics or process automation within engineering
