Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Data Specialist and Governance Specialist to manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity of master data across various systems within our organization. This role will establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, while working collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all platforms.
• Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and governance standards.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, data migration projects, and integrations.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership, quality rules, and management processes.
• Monitor data quality metrics, conduct audits, and implement data cleansing and validation processes.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users and staff on data management and governance best practices.
• Lead data quality initiatives and ensure adherence to data governance frameworks.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner
• Participate in data-related projects including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations

• Drive descriptive, predictive analytics and digitalization roadmap

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in master data management, preferably within an ERP environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), data governance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Proficiency in data management tools, ERP systems, and data governance technologies.
• Experience with master data creation, maintenance, and validation across multiple systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
