Job Summary
• This role is responsible for developing system scope and objectives through a combination of information, technological expertise, and industry understanding. The role serves as a bridge between clients and technical teams, employing effective communication skills to capture, document, and validate business processes and requirements. The role evaluates existing processes, identifies areas for enhancement, and proposes solutions, considering the integration of technology and its potential impact.

Responsibilities
• Develops system scope and objectives by leveraging information, technology expertise and industry knowledge/requirements.
• Acts as a liaison between client and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
• Evaluates business processes, researches, anticipates needs, identifies areas for improvement, and recommends solutions to specific problems.
• Examines the business ramifications of integrating technology within the existing business landscape, considering its potential impact and relevance.
• Supports and conducts visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
• Documents requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
• Supports requirements management and change management processes.
• Supports aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
