At DuPont Asturias we are hiring a Manufacturing IT Analyst. The candidate selected will be responsible for computer and IT system activities, including design, implementation, review, support, planning, user training, and interaction with suppliers, as well as responsibility for backup management. The profile covers both plant support and digital transformation, in a mix evolving as practical experience will be gained.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support of applications related with product flow on plant (MES, shop floor control, material movement, production setup, visual performance)

• Support of interfaces among systems, including PLC, DCS, GPN at both IT, OT levels

• Coordination of adaptive maintenance of corporate and local  MES applications

• Lead development projects for collaboration tools, including their integration with MES environment.

• Management and contact with external service contractors.

• Implementation and surveillance of cybersecurity policies

• Support and coordination for IT-OT infrastructure projects and maintenance, including PCs, printers, TCOM, mobility, in permanent contact with corporate groups and with local users.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computing, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of IT support and engineering.

• Fluency in English.

• Experience on cross-platform programming, with a .NET focus.

• Experience on shop floor control / MES applications and SAP.

• Installation, administration, and support of Microsoft Server 2022 operating systems and Windows 10-11 clients.

• Cross-platform programming (including .Net), experience in supporting manufacturing/critical processes, database administration (SQLServer) and SQL language knowledge.

• Experience in MS-Power environment, data engineering, data analytics (PowerBI), data science (R, Python), knowledge of i4.0/SmartFactory.

• Knowledge and practical experience of ISA-95/IEC 62264 Enterprise-Control System Integration.

• Knowledge and practical experience of cybersecurity standards ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST2.
