ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organizations insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. As a Digital Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting marketing and digital operations within the organization. You will focus on managing and segmenting data for email/SMS/push communications, analyzing trends to identify opportunities for optimization, and working with various stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams. You will also be responsible for building dashboards, providing actionable insights, and driving data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
What You Will Do:
Collect, process, and segment data from various sources to support marketing communications, including email, SMS, push notifications, and digital analytics.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Analyze trends and patterns in large, complex data sets to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform deep dives into customer data to identify segmentation opportunities and optimize marketing campaigns.
Conduct analysis on email performance, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization efforts.
Present findings and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through visualizations, storytelling, and presentations.
Collaborate with teams across marketing, digital, product, and big data to implement data-driven solutions and measurable results.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights and ensuring segmentation is optimized.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
What You Will Need:
BS/BA degree in Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience executing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
Python or R experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.
Experience using Tableau or similar dashboarding and visualization tools.
Experience with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and modeling is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that drive business and marketing outcomes.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$84,100.00 - $111,900.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
