The Position

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into powerful insights? As a Data Business Manager, you'll navigate through complex data ecosystems from sources like Rexis Sales, Rexis Service, and ERP systems, seamlessly integrating them to create a unified data landscape. You'll spearhead the development of scalable data processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate cutting-edge analytics tools, and craft insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic business decisions.

Your role will be critical in partnering with finance, sales, service, and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals, acting as a data management expert and effectively communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, your dedication to data protection and privacy compliance will ensure our business information remains secure and trustworthy.

Your Key Responsibilities

Data Management and Integration:

• Manage, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources, including Rexis Sales, Rexis Service, ERP systems, and external datasets.

• Oversee the integration of data across platforms to create a unified data ecosystem.

• Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

Data Development and Enhancement:

• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize data systems and processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new data sources and analytics tools.

• Enhance data collection and storage processes to support scalability and efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders across finance, sales, service, and operations.

• Perform in-depth analyses of business and operational data to uncover trends and insights.

• Provide actionable recommendations to drive strategic business decisions.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with teams across finance, sales, service, and IT to align data initiatives with business goals.

• Act as a subject matter expert on data management tools and processes.

• Communicate insights and findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

• Maintain and enhance data security measures to safeguard sensitive business information.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in business data management or a related role.

• Experience with data from systems like SalesForce Sales & Service, ERP platforms, and external sources.

• Proficiency in managing and optimizing data tools and systems (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

• Expertise in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL).

• Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex data ecosystems
