As an Insights and Analytics Expert, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, guiding stakeholders in leveraging analytics, cloud technologies, and BI tools to drive smarter decisions.

Your Role

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and reporting needs, aligning with global BI initiatives.
• Design and document scalable data solutions with global Data Architects.
• Guide and coach teams in leveraging Azure Data Lake and BI tools (Qlik, Power BI) for better decision-making.
• Stay up to date with AI, machine learning, and analytics advancements.
• Lead and oversee data projects, ensuring smooth execution and handovers End to End.
• Provide hands-on support in development, coding, and solution implementation.

You're the Right Fit If You Have:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• A Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or Business intelligence.
• Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Performance Optimization.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake , Power Apps, Qlik And/OR Power BI.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Scala, or PySpark.
• Experience in AI/ Machine Learning
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
