What you will do:

• Analyze and report on data trends to support organizational decision-making.

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time data tracking.

• Benchmark organizational performance against industry averages for key projects.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure data integrity across all systems.

• Provide clear and actionable insights through data reporting to sites and leadership.

• Ensure clear data reporting structure and trend analysis are established.

• Work to ensure data capture is accurate, timely, and reliable.

• Facilitate team coordination to avoid duplication of work and ensure streamlined processes.

• Accurately follow through on ongoing projects to ensure proper tracking and outcomes.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience:

• University Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Management (preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in analytics (financial, data, business).

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities efficiently.

• Strong business and financial management acumen.

• Excellent teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

• Strong desire and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
