Build and maintain Data Products aligned with Data Mesh principles, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet the needs of business teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and other data functions to manage data product scope, define roadmaps, and drive the lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Ensure Data Products are well integrated into the KPI framework, maintaining high standards for governance, data quality, and reliability.
Support business teams by integrating manual data sources, automating business processes, and developing data solutions that streamline operations.
Democratize Data Platform capabilities by providing self-service tools, supporting power users, and delivering training to ensure wide adoption across the business.
Partner with business units to identify opportunities for new Data Products, translating business requirements into scalable, impactful data solutions.
Work closely with Data Analysts and BI Developers to facilitate best practices in multi-source data consumption and ensure seamless integration and usage across the platform.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing data products to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst / BI Developer or related role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining data products.
Experience with Data Mesh principles and a solid understanding of how to build decentralized, scalable data products aligned to these principles.
Expert level proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of how to structure data for effective consumption by business teams.
Strong understanding of data governance, including ensuring data products meet quality, reliability, and compliance standards.
Experience working with manual data sources and the ability to automate data flows and integrate disparate sources into seamless, reliable data products.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a cross-functional environment with business, data analysts, and other stakeholders.
Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), with excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical audiences.
STEM background or equivalent practical experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.
