    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Executive Manager Conversational Design to lead global initiatives in designing and implementing AI-driven conversations which provide seamless and consistent customer experiences across all communication channels/customer touchpoints
    • Your designed Agentic, human like interactions, meet the needs of our customers and our business objectives alike
    • You will develop globally consistent conversational flows, templates and flows across all channels including web, mobile apps, messaging platforms and voice interfaces
    • Ensure the best-in-class conversational experience via virtual agent assistance that automates and deflects the contact handling via voice- & chat bots and potentially other channels
    • You collaborate closely with the Data Science team to implement Data and API enhancements within Cognigy, while continuously reviewing transcripts to drive ongoing improvements in conversational performance

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field
    • You have 4+ years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot development, and customer service automation, with a focus on global initiatives
    • You possess an in-depth understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and large language models (LLMs)
    • You have strong expertise in Conversational AI platforms, preferably Cognigy, Genesys, or similar technologies
    • You have a proven track record of implementing scalable Conversational AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact, supported by a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret complex datasets for decision-making
