Job Summary 

Keyrus is looking for a Data Management Project Manager. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, independent contributors with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that together, we continue to transform possibilities into reality.

This position is Hybrid in Lisbon/Porto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data projects within allocated budgets and deadlines while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and contributors, acting as the main point of contact throughout the integration and deployment phases.
  • Manage projects related to Record Management, navigating across various business activities and geographies.
  • Define governance frameworks and processes while steering projects effectively.
  • Conduct data analysis to support project decision-making.
  • Organize and lead meetings, steering committees, and project workshops.
  • Drive change management efforts by explaining and supporting transitions.
  • Ensure project results are delivered with efficiency and high-quality standards.


Requirements for the role 

  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of data management principles, including data quality and security
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with creativity and innovation.
  • Capability to create high-quality presentations and deliver impactful messages.
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal
