Key responsibilities:

1. Data Governance & Analytics

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework ensuring data quality, compliance, and security.
• Establish and refine data policies, standards, and best practices to enhance data accessibility and reliability.
• Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to drive innovation and optimize decision-making.

2. Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Lead the organization’s data-driven digital transformation strategy to modernize processes and technology.
• Identify and implement cutting-edge data technologies, tools, and platforms to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive analytics models that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a high-performing data and analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Define team goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Develop training and development programs to upskill employees in data literacy and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of data strategy with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, governance, or related fields, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide data strategies and large datasets.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data platforms, and data engineering tools.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), SQL, Python, and machine learning models.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
