About the Role
As a Product Analytics Manager at Traba, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy through data-driven insights. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to drive key product decisions, optimize the user experience, and improve marketplace efficiency. Your work will be instrumental in understanding user behavior, measuring product performance, and guiding strategic initiatives that maximize business impact.
Responsibilities
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define key success metrics and measure product performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
Identify and track leading indicators for retention, engagement, and monetization, providing recommendations for improvement.
Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate new features, pricing models, and UX changes.
Ensure statistical rigor in test design and interpretation, providing clear recommendations for product teams.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports that provide real-time insights into user engagement, marketplace balance, and product adoption.
Align analytics and reporting strategies with business objectives to drive operational excellence.
Oversee the development and maintenance of Traba’s data warehouse to ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility.
Partner with Engineering to optimize data pipelines and improve analytics scalability.
Act as a trusted analytics partner to executive leadership, providing insights that drive business decisions.
What You’ll Need
6+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL (experience with Python, R, or ML modeling is a plus).
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying statistical methodologies to measure impact.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and data storytelling skills to influence product and business strategy.
A self-starter with a curiosity-driven mindset, eager to ask “why” and dig deep into data to uncover opportunities.
Experience in marketplace businesses or high-growth startups is a plus.

Salary Range Details
The compensation range for this position is set between $140,000 and $160,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
